This policy applies to all current and future apps and games published or operated under CyberGame Limited and VertexMuse, including Jewel Muse! (the "Apps"), on iOS, iPadOS, Android, the App Store, Google Play, and other distribution channels. "We", "us", and "our" mean the developer or operator identified in the relevant App's store listing or legal information.
The practices below apply only to features and services present in the App you use, depending on its version, platform, region, and your choices. Not every App uses every data category or service listed here. App-specific notices supplement this policy and govern the practices they specifically address. New practices will be disclosed, with consent obtained where required.
Depending on the App, we and our service providers process information supplied by you, generated through your use of the App, or collected automatically by integrated services:
We use information to provide and maintain the Apps; save progress and deliver requested features; analyze, personalize, and improve the experience; deliver and measure advertising; prevent fraud and resolve technical issues; respond to requests; and meet legal obligations. Where required, the legal basis is consent, providing the requested service, legitimate interests permitted by law, or a legal obligation.
Relevant information is shared with providers supporting App functionality, hosting, analytics, advertising, attribution, and support. Depending on the App, these include:
Advertising partners, including AppLovin, may collect, use, and share identifiers, technical information, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, personalize advertising where permitted, and improve their services. They may combine permitted information from other apps or services. Their linked policies explain their processing and controls.
Third parties receiving personal information must provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable requirements. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or services, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Where required, we request consent before the relevant processing. You can review or withdraw consent through the App's privacy controls, such as Settings > Privacy Options where available, or contact us. Where applicable, these choices include opting out of personalized advertising or processing considered a "sale", "sharing", or targeted advertising under privacy law.
Device controls and in-App choices may need to be managed separately. Restricting personalized ads does not necessarily stop other ads or permitted analytics. Changes generally affect future processing and do not automatically delete previously collected information.
App data may be stored locally and processed by the services described above. Supported Apple versions synchronize saved game data through iCloud; platform backups may also retain App data. Multiplayer features exchange relevant session and game-state data with participating devices.
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purposes, including service operation, support, security, and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Retention depends on the information and purpose; providers' retention practices are described in their policies.
To request deletion of personal information, email x@cybergame.ai with the App name, platform, and any available player identifier. No account is needed to make a request. We may request limited information to locate records and verify the request. We handle data under our control and coordinate with relevant providers where appropriate, subject to legal retention requirements.
Deleting the App, or clearing its storage on Android, removes local App data but does not necessarily delete cloud saves, backups, or information already held by service providers. Manage cloud data through the relevant account controls where available, or contact us for assistance.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure communications and access controls, to protect information. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed outside your country; where required, applicable transfer safeguards are used.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the applicable local age threshold, without legally required consent or protections. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information can contact us for investigation and appropriate action, including deletion where required.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise these rights. We respond within applicable legal time limits, subject to verification and legal exceptions, without unlawful discrimination. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy as our practices change. The revised policy will appear here with its update date, with additional notice or consent where required.
