This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and games ("Apps") published by CyberGame Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), including any future Apps we may release. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We design our Apps with your privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use our Apps.

Information we do NOT collect:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Precise location data
• Photos, files, or other user-generated content

• Device type, operating system version, and device identifiers (such as IDFA, when you grant permission)
• App usage data and interaction events (e.g., levels completed, session duration)

2. How We Use Information

• Improve our Apps and fix bugs

4. Advertising

Our Apps display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any tracking occurs. You can change this permission at any time in your device's Settings.

5. Data Storage

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard system storage. We do not transmit your game data to any server.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are rated 4+ and are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The third-party ad networks we use are configured to comply with applicable children's privacy regulations, including COPPA.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no user data for us to retain or delete. Locally stored data (game progress, preferences) can be removed by uninstalling the App.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Opt out of personalized advertising (via device settings or ATT prompt)
• Request information about data collected by third-party services (contact them directly)
• Delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
